Please fill in this form if you need printer cartridges or diskettes for classroom* use. This form will automatically be e-mailed to Rosemarie Sheridan. Supplies will be sent via interschool mail.
A monthly report will be sent to each building principal indicating the number of supplies charged to their supply budget.
This does not apply to laser toner cartridges or special color printer cartridges.
Contact IT for toner for the new laser printers that they have been
installing in classrooms. A technician must install these cartridges.
