Please note that there is only 1 computer teacher assistant for the 3 labs.  Requests for having her present will be honored whenever possible.  These periods are available for the teacher to use independently.

Please list the date(s) you would like to use the lab.  You will need to request 2 periods if you are following a block schedule.  Be sure to indicate if you are following a block schedule.
